Quality of Goods

We stock UK specification products ONLY please check your printer’s origin before ordering from our web site.

Guarantee

Our GUARANTEE ensures that if you are unhappy with your purchase and provided the product is returned in its original packaging, unopened and in a resaleable condition together with your receipt within 14 days, we will arrange an immediate replacement or refund. *subject to a £20 re-stocking fee charged by our supplier.

Shipping and Handling

All of our products are wrapped and packaged to offer the best protection possible. Items are shipped using DPD or CityLink on a next working day service *to mainland UK (please allow 2 working days for offshore and N.Ireland deliveries).

As our offices are closed during weekend and bank holiday periods, any orders received within this time will be shipped on the next working day.

Making a purchase

Just browse our store and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.

We accept credit card payment via Visa and Mastercard. You may send your credit card information via phone or over the Internet. The safety and security of our customers whilst using our site is of utmost importance to us. That is why, once an order has been taken, the card payment will then be subject to a routine fraud/credit check. The result usually takes a maximum of 1 hour but can in some cases take longer, but very rareley affects the delivery time of your order.

When confirmation of order is received, this indicates that we have received your order. It does not however, indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, where we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.

Returns and Refunds

Should you wish to return goods please contact our customer service department at service@24hourtoner.com, or call us on 01472 691631.

All returns must be received by us before any replacements or refunds are sent. We advise customers to obtain proof of postage when returning items as we cannot be held responsible items missing in transit.

If your items are missing:

You must notify us of any missing items within 14 days of placing the order

UNWANTED/INCORRECT ORDERS:

You must notify us of any incorrectly received or unwanted items within 14 days (please do not open or attempt to open or use these products if you suspect them to be incorrect). If the items have been opened then we will be unable to accept the return. Please check the item rigorously to ensure it matches your order before installing into the printer. For items no longer required we can accept these back however they must be in an unopened condition and a restocking fee of £20 will be charged.

FAULTY ITEMS

If your item is faulty please notify us as soon as the fault occurs. We will then make arrangements for its return.

Items will be checked for errors by us on receipt and replaced or refunded. If no fault is found, items may be returned to the customer as his/her expense

OUR ERROR

If your received item(s) are a result of our error and you wish to return it, you may do so but we must be notified within 14 days to arrange the refund or replacement

This guarantee applies when the product is in stock with a UK online retailer who offers free next day delivery. It excludes used products, online promotions or free offers, contract pricing or volume discount.
